What to include in a support request
Useful details make a problem easier to identify without exposing private information. State that the issue happened on chatmatch.cam and describe the last action you took before it occurred.
- Your approximate time and time zone, and the page or screen involved.
- Your device and browser, plus the text of any error message.
- A visible account ID if you have one; do not include a password or sign-in code.
- For billing: order reference, amount, currency, and purchase date.
- A screenshot with payment details and other people’s private information hidden.
Reporting an uncomfortable interaction

ChatmatchCam is the service at chatmatch.cam. We cannot access orders, accounts, or support tickets from chatmatch.app or another domain. Check the website on your receipt before sending a request so it reaches the correct operator.
